Roles and Responsibility

   Requirement Title                  :         Admin Assistant

   Mode of Employment           :          Contract

   Location                                   :          Selangor

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

?        Providing administrative and clerical support to the Client’s management team

?        Prepare and modify documents including correspondences, reports, drafts, memos, presentations, spreadsheets, databases and emails

?        Entering data in databases and to maintain accurate records of valuable company information at all times

?        Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information

?        Dealing with general enquiries via phone, e-mail & social media

?        Coordinating with internal colleagues and external contacts on relevant matters related to Client

?        Supporting different projects for Client’s team on any general administrative (Depending on business needs)

?        Supporting the Client’s team on any ad-hoc basis request from time to time

 

 

Your Merits:

 

?        At least 2 years of experience in a similar fast-paced environment

?        Super attention to detail, and must be able to organize your work quickly

?        Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with all levels of people

?        Proactive, and able to perform under minimal supervision

?        Strong multi-tasking skill and good time management

?        Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets, presentations

?        Ability to adhere to privacy and confidentiality needs
